Weizmann Institute Assets and Development (Mul Nof) Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Weizmann Institute of Science, which manages the Weizmann Institute’s off-campus property.
The Weizmann Institute of Science co-owns property in the hi-tech industrial parks of Rehovot and Ness Ziona. Located near its campus, these assets bear strategic importance for the Institute. The interaction between the high-tech industry and the Weizmann Institute, its scientists and its students, is of great importance for the Institute, the industry, and the State of Israel.
Surrounding the Weizmann Institute with high-tech industry that sustains reciprocal interactions with the Institute; advancing the development of assets required for the Institute’s own activities; and ensuring a substantial income flow from Institute-owned real estate, thereby enabling the Institute to continually develop its campus;
Since its founding, the Weizmann Institute of Science has continuously cultivated productive relationships between science and industry, realizing the vision of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, the first president of the State of Israel and of the Weizmann Institute.
